  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, product colours and details may vary due to photographic lighting, screen display settings, and the handcrafted nature of some items.

  • Slight variations in size, color, and design may occur as all jewellery is handcrafted or imitation and unique by nature.


5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before order processing.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.


6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide from our UK base. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused during shipment once the product has left our facility.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.


7. Returns and Refunds

    We hope you love your QAC jewellery — each piece is handpicked or handcrafted with care to bring timeless elegance to your collection. However, if something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.


     Items Not Eligible for Return

    Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control, we do not accept returns for the following:

    • Earrings, anklets, nose pins, or any direct-to-skin jewellery
    • Worn, used, or tried-on items
    • Items not returned in original packaging or missing tags, pouches, or protective wrapping
    • Customised, handcrafted, or limited-edition jewellery
    • Items returned without prior approval

    Please understand that we cannot resell items that are not returned in perfect condition, and refunds will be denied if the item is found to have been worn, handled roughly, or returned damaged.


    Items Eligible for Return

    Returns are accepted only if:

    • You received the wrong product
    • The item arrived damaged or defective
    • The item was not as described on our website

    In these cases, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping once the issue is confirmed.


    Return Process

    1. Contact us at info@queenauracollections.com within 14 days of receiving your order
    2. Include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and reason for the return
    3. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back
    4. Once approved, return the item within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging

    We cannot accept returns sent without approval.


    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping
    • If the return is due to any other reason , customer is responsible for return shipping

    We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.


    Refunds

    • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the item
    • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product does not meet our return conditions
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method
    • You’ll receive an email once your refund is approved and processed

    • Our products may have minor imperfections due to their handcrafted nature — this is not considered a defect
    • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, material descriptions, and care instructions before purchasing.
    • If you're unsure about a product, feel free to email us for additional photos, videos, or material details before placing your order


8. Limitation of Liability

  • QAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • We do not accept liability for allergic reactions or skin irritations caused by jewellery, as sensitivities vary per individual.
  • Customers are responsible for proper care and handling of all jewellery.
  • Due to the handcrafted or handmade nature of many of our pieces, minor imperfections, variations in color, finish, or detailing may occur. These are not considered defects, but a reflection of the individuality of each item.

     

  • Some items may have slight irregularities that do not affect the overall wear or look, and this is not grounds for return or refund.

     

  • We do not guarantee 100% perfection or mass-produced uniformity in our products.

     

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for the jewellery and to handle it delicately, as many pieces are intricate and designed for occasional wear.
