🔁 Refund & Return Policy – QAC

We hope you love your QAC jewellery — each piece is handpicked or handcrafted with care to bring timeless elegance to your collection. However, if something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Earrings, anklets, nose pins, or any direct-to-skin jewellery
  • Worn, used, or tried-on items
  • Items not returned in original packaging or missing tags, pouches, or protective wrapping
  • Customised, handcrafted, or limited-edition jewellery
  • Items returned without prior approval

Please understand that we cannot resell items that are not returned in perfect condition, and refunds will be denied if the item is found to have been worn, handled roughly, or returned damaged.


Items Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item was not as described on our website

In these cases, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping once the issue is confirmed.


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@queenauracollections.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and reason for the return
  3. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back
  4. Once approved, return the item within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging

We cannot accept returns sent without approval.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to any other reason , customer is responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the item
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product does not meet our return conditions
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive an email once your refund is approved and processed

  • Our products may have minor imperfections due to their handcrafted nature — this is not considered a defect
  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, material descriptions, and care instructions before purchasing.
  • If you're unsure about a product, feel free to email us for additional photos, videos, or material details before placing your order
